This year we have had the flat at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay thanks to your explanation. We also appreciated the "starter" items and the use of the umbrella. Have really enjoyed our week in York - plenty to do and see - weather has been great (an added bonus). But, having stayed in other apartments in York - this has been the best yet from the welcome tea, cake etc to all the small touches - you’ve thought of everything and we have felt it a real "home from home".
